Chuck e Cheese!

So Haleigh had her first birthday party at Chuck e Cheese for one of her friends at school. Mommy and Daddy both went (thank goodness because neither of us could have handled it on our own). It took her a bit to take it all in, but soon enough she was on the move! She had such a good time and was running around like a wild woman!!! She even liked Chuck e, but when the "real" one came out she wanted to get close and as soon as she did and he started waving to her she took off for Mommy!! She was just in a zone and in a hurry everywhere she went. Daddy and I were a bit overwhelmed. Although we had both been there for nieces' or nephews' parties in the past, it was different when you were trying to keep track of your own kid in that swarm of craziness!!!
She actually rode some of the rides which is a first. Every other time we have tried we have wound up giving strangers free rides because as soon as it starts moving she gets scared and wants up! She really had fun!

Needless to say we were all worn out afterward, but it was great fun and we are so glad to have been able to do it all together!! Hope you all are well!
